Shardia Pay for Airwallex #
Accept payments in GoHighLevel through your own Airwallex account.
Built by Shardia Solutions. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Airwallex or HighLevel.
The problem #
GoHighLevel supports six payment processors natively: Stripe, PayPal, NMI, Authorize.net, Square, and Razorpay. Airwallex isn’t one of them — and agencies have been asking for it on GHL’s own ideas board since 2023.
If you’ve already got an Airwallex account, or you want one for its rates, multi-currency support, or cross-border capability, GHL gives you no way to connect it.
What Shardia Pay does #
It’s the bridge. Install it, connect your Airwallex credentials, and payments collected anywhere in your GHL sub-account route through your own Airwallex account — invoices, order forms, funnel checkouts, calendar bookings, any form with a payment step.
Your money, your Airwallex account, your merchant agreement. Shardia Pay takes no cut of your transactions.
What it handles #
| One-time payments | Card payments through GHL invoices, order forms, and funnels |
| Recurring billing | Saved cards for subscriptions and payment plans |
| Refunds | Issued from GHL as normal, passed through to Airwallex |
| Status sync | GHL stays accurate on what’s paid, pending, or failed |
What it costs #
$10/month per connected account.
That’s the fee for Shardia Pay itself. Airwallex’s own processing fees are separate and charged to you directly under your merchant agreement.
Before you start #
You’ll need three things:
- Your own Airwallex account, approved for payment processing — Shardia Pay connects to your account, it doesn’t provide one
- Airwallex API credentials with Payment Acceptance permissions
- Admin access to the GHL sub-account you’re connecting
Documentation #
- User Guide — full setup walkthrough, pricing, troubleshooting, and current limitations
Currently in beta #
Shardia Pay is live with a small group of agencies while we work through real-world usage. It works — but it’s new, and we’d rather be upfront about that than have you discover it mid-transaction.
Two things worth knowing going in:
- The Current limitations section of the user guide is worth reading before you commit. Card payments only for now, payouts stay in Airwallex, and disputes are yours to handle.
- We suggest routing a portion of your payment volume through Shardia Pay at first rather than switching everything at once — standard practice for any new payment infrastructure, and it means no single issue can affect your whole revenue stream.
If something looks wrong, tell us rather than working around it. Beta feedback is what makes v1 solid.
